LUOTU is a matchmaking and networking event for companies based in Northern Ostrobothnia. The event is aimed at companies working within the creative industry, culture and tourism and ICT. The objective is to provide the opportunity to promote your company, your expertise, your products, whilst also meeting potential new customers, partners and developing your business networks.
